Shipping methods

Orders are shipped out via either Correos standard delivery or Fedex priority delivery.

Correos European standard delivery estimate is 3-4 business days
Correos rest of world delivery estimate up to 15 days 

Fedex priority priority delivery estimate is is 2 days
Fedex rest of world delivery estimate up to 6 days

Please allow at least one day in between for us to receive and complete your package.
Shipping time may vary, but we will work our hardest to get your items to your doorstep as quick as possible.

Shipping prices

The shipping prices are based on weight and not size of package, your shipping price will be calculated at checkout depending on how many items you have added to your basket. As a guideline for you, each individual item packaged is between 0.3kg and 0.6kg.
All shipping prices are fuel surcharge and VAT included, for the appropriate countries.

Taxes and customs

Customs clearance, Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Once your item is shipped, the carrier will bill you all charges from customs, import duties and sales taxes levied by the country you are receiving in. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

What happens if I do not want to pay the duties? Can I refuse my package and have it returned to sender?
Upon delivery, your package has already entered your country and has been cleared by your local government; this means that the customs duties and taxes have been applied. If you choose to refuse your package, you will still be held accountable for your tax and return shipping and no refund will be applicable.
We cannot recover duties and taxes for you – these are payable by you, the buyer.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy, we will accept a return only in the items original condition. The items must be unworn, unwashed, no makeup stains, perfume or deodorant marks or smells to receive a full refund minus original shipping charges and duties paid.
Please note: Variations in the prints are not considered manufacturers defects but are part of the aesthetics of the garment. Some of the items are hand dyed so every item has a unique individual edge to it.

Please email to notify us that you would like to return your item. Only then will we email you with a returns slip. We will gladly accept a return of an unworn unused item within 14 business days once your purchase is received.
We will then email you with confirmation of receiving the items and whether the return meets the policy.
Please note any return items outside the 14-day return policy window will not be accepted.
Customers will be responsible for shipping, handling, tax and duties charges to return unwanted items. If the items do not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so we recommend you use tracked shipping.
We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping, taxes and duties costs. Once your return arrives please allow 3 business days for your refund to be processed.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
We will refund you the cost of your item in full minus the shipping cost and any customs/ duties we have had to pay, if we receive the returned items within 14 business days. All duties and Taxes are non-refundable by me, you may be able to recover these funds by contacting your local customs.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to our limited collection, but of course you can return an item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we have refunded you.

Faulty Items

All items we send out pass strict quality control measures and they are triple checked by myself at Discover Boutique prior to sending. However, if you have received a faulty item we will replace the item if stock is available or refund the cost upon return and reimburse the shipping cost. The item must be returned within 14 business days of purchase.
